Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager or 2+ years as a Project Executive. Proven track record of contributing beyond day-to-day project execution to help win, attract, or secure new work. Strong business development mindset with demonstrated success building client relationships. Experience leading project pursuits, proposal efforts, or client development initiatives. Ability to develop and maintain relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team-building skills. Experience overseeing multiple projects, project teams, and financial responsibilities simultaneously. Knowledge of contract management, risk mitigation, project controls, and construction operations. Familiarity with the Charlotte or North Carolina construction market strongly preferred. Local candidates are preferred; relocation candidates must bring market knowledge and/or established client relationships.| Location | Charlotte, NC |
