Project Executive
Reporting to the Executive Leadership Team, the Project Executive will provide strategic oversight and operational leadership across multiple commercial construction projects while supporting business growth and client development efforts.
- Oversee the successful delivery of commercial construction projects valued between $10M and $70M+
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and field teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and community stakeholders
- Drive project performance related to schedule, budget, safety, quality, and client satisfaction
- Support business development initiatives and help expand the organization's presence within the Oklahoma market
- Collaborate with operational and executive leadership on staffing, forecasting, and project strategy
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring successful project outcomes across multiple sectors

For the Project Executive we are seeking:
- Proven experience as a Project Executive, Senior Project Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role within commercial construction
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale projects valued between $10M and $70M+
- Experience within healthcare, tribal, higher education, K-12, municipal, office, or public-sector construction environments
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop project teams
- Established industry relationships within Oklahoma are highly desirable
- Experience with construction management, budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and operational oversight
- Excellent communication, client-facing, and business development capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
