Project Executive - Construction - Manhattan
A leading developer is seeking an experienced Project Executive to oversee the successful delivery of large-scale multifamily and mixed-use developments throughout NYC. This leadership role is ideal for a construction professional with a strong track record of managing complex projects, developing high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence.
Job Description
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors and vendors, to achieve project goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards across all project phases.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid project delays or cost overruns.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure all documentation and permits are in place for successful project delivery.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Executive - Construction - Manhattan should have:
- 15+ years of construction experience, with a strong background working for a NYC general contractor or builder.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
- Experience with project risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
