Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships through clear communication and professionalism
Provide on-site leadership, with a strong presence in the field as well as in the office, especially while ramping up
Manages the day-to-day operations of an entire organization, developing and implementing long-term strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality across departments
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
Oversee project teams and coordinate with internal self-perform groups and subcontractors
Qualifications
Bachelors degree Required.
Strong building knowledge with the ability to problem solve in the field
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage clients and foster long-term relationships
Ability to balance technical project management with dynamic leadership in the field
Public works experience is a must (schools experience preferred)
