Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships through clear communication and professionalism

  • Provide on-site leadership, with a strong presence in the field as well as in the office, especially while ramping up

  • Manages the day-to-day operations of an entire organization, developing and implementing long-term strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality across departments

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget

  • Oversee project teams and coordinate with internal self-perform groups and subcontractors

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree Required.

  • Strong building knowledge with the ability to problem solve in the field

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage clients and foster long-term relationships

  • Ability to balance technical project management with dynamic leadership in the field

  • Public works experience is a must (schools experience preferred)
