Project Executive
We are a well-established commercial general contractor with a strong reputation for delivering complex, high-quality construction projects across South Florida. With a robust and growing pipeline of healthcare work, we are seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead multiple healthcare projects and drive operational excellence across our construction teams.
Provide executive oversight for multiple healthcare construction projects.
Lead project teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients, architects, engineers, and key stakeholders.
Oversee project financial performance, forecasting, budgeting, and risk management.
Support preconstruction efforts, procurement strategies, and contract negotiations.
Mentor and develop Project Managers and Operations staff.
Ensure compliance with healthcare facility standards, regulatory requirements, and company safety programs.

10+ years of commercial construction experience with progressive leadership responsibility.
Proven success managing large-scale healthcare construction projects for hospitals, medical office buildings, outpatient centers, surgical facilities, or specialty healthcare environments.
Strong understanding of healthcare construction regulations, infection control requirements, phasing, and occupied-renovation environments.
Demonstrated ability to manage project financials, operations, and client relationships.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
