Project Executive - Healthcare / Life Sciences - Raleigh

Description

• Lead business development efforts within healthcare and life sciences sectors
• Build and maintain relationships with major healthcare systems (UNC, Wake Health, etc.)
• Oversee project delivery from preconstruction through close-out
• Provide executive oversight across multiple large-scale projects
• Partner with internal teams on proposals, interviews, and client strategy
• Mentor and develop project teams (PMs, Engineers, Admins)

Profile

A successful Project Executive - Healthcare / Life Sciences should have:

• 15+ years' experience in construction management leadership roles
• Strong local network within Raleigh healthcare or life sciences markets
• Proven success in business development and client relationship management
• Experience leading multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in cost reporting and executive-level project oversight

Job Offer

Up to $250,000 base salary
