Healthcare Construction Project Manager
Our client is a leading general contractor with a specialized focus on healthcare construction. With experience delivering on hospitals, surgical centers, medical office buildings, and specialized treatment facilities, they are known for their precision, safety, and commitment to excellence in complex, high-stakes environments.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all phases of healthcare construction projects, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget targets are met
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders
- Manage subcontractors and internal teams to ensure high-quality project delivery
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and change management processes
- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and a collaborative project culture
- Mentor and develop junior project staff and contribute to team growth

The Successful Applicant
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of construction management experience, with at least 10 years in healthcare or hospital construction
- Proven track record of managing complex healthcare projects in operational facilities
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore, P6, MS Project, or similar)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
