Project Executive - Idaho

Senior Project Manager | Multifamily & Commercial Construction – Boise, ID Ground-Up | Project Oversight | Team Leadership | Client Interface

A well-established general contractor is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager with California building experience, to relocate to Idaho and oversee large-scale commercial and multifamily construction projects in the Boise area. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for managing all aspects of construction operations—from budgeting and scheduling to client communication and team supervision.*Will be required to travel to CA a few times a month to oversee current projects*

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide full project leadership from preconstruction through close-out
• Oversee cost, schedule, quality, safety, and project status across multiple jobs
• Negotiate subcontracts and major purchase orders; manage change orders and RFIs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, partners, consultants, and regulatory agencies
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and construction methods
• Ensure project profitability and mitigate risk through proactive management
• Lead internal teams and mentor project staff, fostering a high-performance culture
• Implement reporting procedures and ensure contract compliance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 5–10+ years of experience managing commercial or multifamily construction projects
• Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Procore, and other PM tools
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Strong grasp of construction documents, change management, and dispute resolution

Preferred Experience:

• Ground-up multifamily or mixed-use experience
• Familiarity with project management systems and field reporting tools
