Key Responsibilities
Provide executive oversight for multiple mission critical construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout.
Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers and project teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Drive overall project performance across safety, quality, schedule, budget, client satisfaction, and operational execution.
Partner closely with Operations and Field Leadership to ensure project staffing, resources, equipment, and field execution align with project objectives.
Monitor project financial performance, including forecasting, revenue recognition, billing, cash flow, and risk management.
Serve as the primary executive point of contact for clients, resolving complex issues and strengthening long-term relationships.
Support business development and preconstruction efforts, including customer engagement, project pursuits, and successful turnover from estimating to operations.
Collaborate with executive leadership to proactively identify risks, remove obstacles, and drive successful project outcomes.
Ensure consistent implementation of company standards, processes, safety initiatives, and quality expectations across all projects.
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with owners, general contractors, and industry partners to support repeat business and future growth.
Key Experience
10+ years of progressive construction leadership experience, including oversight of large-scale data center, mission critical, industrial, advanced manufacturing, power, or commercial projects.
Proven experience managing multiple projects or project portfolios with responsibility for financial performance, schedule, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Demonstrated success leading Project Managers, operations teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong client-facing experience with the ability to build executive-level relationships and resolve complex project challenges.
Experience supporting hyperscale data center or mission critical projects is highly preferred.
Experience with self-perform concrete construction, concrete subcontracting, or large-scale structural concrete projects strongly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
