Job Title4th-generation family-owned firm, 100+ years in the industry, is looking for a PX to join their Mechanical Division!Job DescriptionThe PX is responsible for:Leading a team of Project Managers and large project portfoliosCompleting complex water/wastewater treatment facilities - $25M+Owning P&L performance, forecasting, cash flow, margin management, and strategic planningDeveloping client relationships and generate new businessLeading pursuits, proposals, interviews, and presentationsExpanding company presence throughout water/wastewater, industrial, manufacturing, and energy marketsOverseeing project execution, safety, quality, and operational excellenceMentoring PMs and support team developmentEnsuring quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniquesCollaborating with internal stakeholders, including design and engineering teamsMaintaining clear and consistent communication with all parties involved in the projectManaging risk by identifying potential issues and implementing mitigation strategiesHelping to create a strong culture - hardworking, honest and continuous improvementMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
