Description

The Project Executive - Modular Mechanical Construction will:

  • Oversee all aspects of modular mechanical construction projects, from planning to execution and closeout.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to align project goals and expectations.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks promptly to maintain timelines and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout all project phases.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Manage project contracts, including change orders and scope adjustments.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams to achieve high performance and quality standards.
