Project Executive - Multifamily Renovation | DC MetroThe Project Executive - Multifamily Renovation | DC Metro will:Oversee execution of multiple renovation projects ranging from $10M-$20MManage and mentor Project Managers across various job sitesAct as the primary client-facing leader, handling relationships and major decisionsLead coordination between field teams, subcontractors, and leadershipEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standardsTravel to job sites across NY, NJ, and occasionally DC as neededSupport team growth by helping identify and recruit PMs and SuperintendentsDrive project strategy and problem-solve complex site and tenant challengesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
