Job Description
The responsibilities of a Project Executive:
- Lead higher education construction projects from preconstruction through completion
- Oversee project teams, schedules, budgets, and overall project execution
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure exceptional client satisfaction
- Drive project profitability while managing risk and quality standards
- Coordinate with operations, preconstruction, design teams, and field leadership
- Monitor project performance and proactively resolve challenges
- Mentor and develop project management staff
- Collaborate with executive leadership on project strategy and resource planning
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and contractual obligations
- Support business growth through excellent project delivery and client retention

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Executive should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 10-12+ years of commercial construction experience
- General Contractor experience required
- Experience leading higher education projects from start to finish
- Proven experience managing projects exceeding $30 million
- Demonstrated track record of delivering profitable projects and maintaining client satisfaction
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Procore, and Bluebeam
- Working knowledge of Primavera scheduling and BIM processes
- Strong Senior Project Managers with relevant project experience will also be considered
