Project ExecutiveSmall General Contractor, based in Newton, is looking for a Project Executive to join their team! Project locations: All throughout MA, NH, and CT They focus on Commercial, Senior Housing, Residential, and Healthcare projects. Projects range in value from $5M-$75M+ with a mix of ground up/new construction and renovation/expansion work. Although they are a smaller company, they take on large projects which allows employees to gain hands on experience & to take initiative in their role. They pride themselves on a healthy working environment, strong on culture, very team orientated, and here to help their employees.Job DescriptionThe Project Executive is responsible for:Growing and building the teamLeading and managing all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction planning to final delivery.Collaborating with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.Developing and maintaining project budgets and schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and cost controls.Overseeing site operations and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.Identifying and mitigating potential risks to project execution and profitability.Preparing and presenting progress reports and updates to stakeholders.Ensuring quality control standards are upheld at every stage of the project.Fostering strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
