I'm partnering with a well-established, 100% employee-owned commercial general contractor that is looking to add an experienced Project Executive to its leadership team.
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing multiple large commercial projects while providing executive-level guidance to Project Managers, developing client relationships and helping drive continued business growth.

What You'll Do
Provide executive oversight on multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Mentor and support Project Managers while helping ensure project success across schedule, budget and quality.
Partner with executive leadership on project strategy, risk management and operational planning.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with owners, architects, engineers and key clients.
Participate in business development efforts and help secure future work.
Lead contract strategy, financial oversight, forecasting, WIP reviews and overall project performance.
Identify project risks early and develop solutions that protect both the client and company.
Support preconstruction efforts, project pursuits and major client presentations.
Foster a collaborative culture while developing the next generation of project leadership.
What They're Looking For
10+ years of commercial construction experience with a General Contractor.
Previous experience as a Project Executive, Senior Project Manager or similar leadership role.
Proven success managing large commercial projects valued between $10M and $75M+.
Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring Project Managers and project teams.
Demonstrated business development and client relationship experience.
Excellent financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and WIP.
Strong understanding of contracts, scheduling, procurement and construction operations.
Experience with Procore, Sage Timberline, MS Office and MS Project preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
$140,000–$160,000 Base Salary
