Project Executive | Richmond Operations Leader

Project ExecutiveThe Project Executive will be responsible for:Providing overall leadership and operational oversight for the Richmond office.Managing project teams including Project Managers, Coordinators, Superintendents, and field personnel.Driving profitability, revenue growth, and strategic market expansion within the region.Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.Overseeing project execution to ensure delivery of work that meets safety, quality, schedule, and financial objectives.Collaborating directly with executive leadership and report to the senior management team.Supporting business development initiatives and helping expand market share, particularly within the data center sector.Recruiting, mentoring, and developing high-performing team members as the office continues to grow.Monitoring office performance metrics, backlog, forecasting, and resource planning.Establishing the Richmond operation as a self-sustaining, scalable business unit.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
