We are seeking an experienced Project Executive to provide strategic oversight across multiple complex commercial construction projects. This role is focused on leadership, financial performance, client satisfaction, and long-term business growth.
Duties and Responsibilities
Project Execution & Strategic Oversight
- Develop and approve project execution plans aligned with company objectives.
- Prepare Executive Summary Reports highlighting priorities, risks, and recommended actions.
- Resolve project challenges with creative solutions while preserving desired outcomes.
- Support business development including client interviews, proposals, and presentations.
Preconstruction & Planning
- Collaborate on conceptual schedules, site logistics, scopes of work, trade analyses, and constructability assessments.
- Ensure a smooth transition from Preconstruction to Construction phases.
Schedule & Financial Management
- Approve and monitor project schedules and ensure stakeholder communication.
- Oversee project financial performance, pay applications, and change orders.
- Optimize project costs in collaboration with Superintendents.
Risk, Legal & Compliance
- Lead risk management: identify, evaluate, mitigate, and report risks.
- Ensure compliance with contracts, company policies, safety standards, and regulations.
- Develop contingency plans to minimize project disruptions.
Quality, Safety & Team Development
- Monitor project progress and quality performance, implement corrective actions as needed.
- Promote a culture of safety on project sites.
- Mentor and develop project team members to support career growth and successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Fifteen (15) years of commercial construction experience with leadership over large or complex projects.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong client relationship and business development skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, P6, Procore, and Bluebeam.
- OSHA 30 Hour Certification.

- Thorough understanding of quality and safety standards.
