Provide executive oversight for multiple construction projects and project teams. Lead and mentor Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Operations personnel. Develop and maintain relationships with owners, developers, architects, and industry partners. Identify, pursue, and help secure new business opportunities. Participate in project interviews, presentations, and pursuit strategies. Support business development initiatives and strategic growth planning. Oversee project financial performance, risk management, and operational execution. Collaborate with executive leadership on market expansion opportunities. Strengthen relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business. Promote company culture, values, and operational excellence throughout the organization.

Required Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager or 2+ years of experience as a Project Executive. Required Background: Proven commercial construction experience. History of managing complex projects and client relationships. Demonstrated leadership and team development experience. Strong understanding of construction operations, project delivery, and financial management.
Critical Success Factors Candidates must be able to clearly demonstrate contributions beyond day-to-day project management responsibilities, including: Winning new work. Developing client relationships. Leading project pursuits. Supporting business development efforts. Generating repeat business opportunities. Building strategic industry partnerships. Candidates who cannot demonstrate business development involvement are likely better aligned with a Senior Project Manager position rather than a Project Executive role.
