Join a Design-Forward, Boutique Development Firm!Our client is a boutique, design-led development and construction firm focused on creating thoughtful, community-driven spaces.Strong emphasis on design thinking + collaborationDeeply rooted in urban redevelopment and placemakingUnique model integrating architecture, construction, and developmentKnown for high-quality, context-driven projects that reflect the character of the surrounding communityJob DescriptionThis is a senior-level role responsible for overseeing projects from preconstruction through completion, with a strong focus on execution, coordination, and team leadership.Partner with the internal design team to ensure constructible, high-quality plansManage permitting, inspections, and all jurisdictional requirementsLead procurement of owner-supplied materials, including pricing and lead timesBid, negotiate, and award subcontractor scopes; build new trade relationshipsDevelop and manage project budgets, schedules, and reporting (including monthly cost tracking)Collaborate daily with field leadership to maintain quality and timelineOversee RFIs, submittals, requisitions, and project documentationDrive project closeout and turnover processesMentor junior team members and help build out the project management structureMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
