WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR PROJECT FOREMAN

• Ability to work 50 - 55 hours per week between the hours of 6:30 am and 6:00 pm (exact hours vary depending on the day's needs)
• 5+ years of sitework experience, either as a laborer or equipment operator
• Experience with GPS grade control and layout
• Experience operating heavy equipment
• Ability to accurately read and follow blueprints
• Ability to stay focused, organized, and motivated throughout the day
• Strong foundation of civil construction knowledge
• Excellent leadership, communication, and documentation skills
• Drive to meet goals, perform quality work, and achieve great results

10+ years of experience would be ideal, and leadership experience would be a huge plus!

DAY-TO-DAY

Our Project Foreman helps take care of the behind-the-scenes functions that keep our commercial and industrial construction projects on time and on budget. This is a highly collaborative and dynamic role where you'll work with superintendents, project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors to pull off impressive projects. You can expect to:

• Lead your team in completing safe, compliant, and high-quality excavation, grading, concrete, and underground utility work
• Ensure crew members follow blueprints, civil drawings, and project scope
• Strategically coordinate employees, materials, transportation, and equipment to efficiently meet project needs
• Set daily production targets and jump in wherever needed to meet these goals
• Setting up digital tools (lasers, GPS systems, etc.) and safely operating heavy equipment (dozers, loaders, excavators, skid steers, etc.)
• Submitting timecards, tickets, change orders, and production quantities
• Handling additional responsibilities as needed to support successful project completion
