We are currently seeking a Project Geotechnical Engineer to work in a technical support role with highly skilled professionals on diverse project teams in a dynamic environment. This is a full-time position located in our Boston, MA office.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In this position, you will split time and responsibilities between field assignments and office assignments. You will lead portions of technical project work from project scoping through final deliverables under the direction of senior staff. You will apply academic and industry knowledge as well as learnings from prior work experience to execute project work. You will provide training guidance and informal mentoring to junior staff on their projects and within your technical discipline. You will under the direction of the senior staff participate in communications with client agencies and internal teams within your discipline. You will perform or oversee geotechnical engineering technical evaluations, data summarization, and design. You will conduct basic construction observation including quality control and field testing tasks. You will prepare and maintain accurate and detailed documentation of activities both in the field and during data evaluation. You will perform all work in accordance with company and client health and safety protocols. You will demonstrate the companys foundational safety behaviors.

SALARY
The salary for this position in Boston, MA is $80,000 - $93,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based upon a variety of factors such as education, related work experience, certificates, skills, and current market conditions.
