Full-time position for a Project Geotechnical Engineer supporting engineering, environmental, and construction projects across the Inland Northwest.
Responsibilities include leading geotechnical investigations, designing foundations, analyzing ground conditions, slope stability, and seismic hazards, preparing reports, supervising junior staff, managing projects, and collaborating with clients.
Requirements include a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred), PE licensure in Idaho and/or Washington within 30 days, 5-10 years of geotechnical experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and a passion for solving complex challenges.
Position offers flexible work location (office or hybrid), with competitive salary ($90,000-$130,000 DOE+), comprehensive benefits, and participation in an employee-owned ESOP.
