Seeking a Project Geotechnical Engineer for a hybrid role in Idaho, Washington, or Montana, requiring residence within commuting distance of specified offices.

  • Lead geotechnical projects from proposal to completion, including fieldwork, lab coordination, and technical analysis.
  • Perform ground condition, foundation, slope stability, and seismic assessments.
  • Manage project lifecycle, ensure scope, schedule, and budget adherence, and communicate directly with clients.
  • Supervise junior staff, mentor EITs, and coordinate with laboratory and field teams.
  • Maintain technical expertise, participate in industry organizations, and stay current with standards.


  • Qualifications: Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred), PE license in Idaho or Washington (or ability to obtain within 30 days), 5-10 years experience, proficiency with geotechnical tools, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.
