Key Responsibilities

∙Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while

ensuring timely execution.

∙Technology Alignment: Work closely with the CTO to ensure projects align with the

company’s tech strategy and innovation goals.

∙Team Coordination: Manage cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers,

and designers.

∙Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between technical teams, executives, and

external partners.

∙Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.

∙Budget & Resource Management: Optimize resources and control costs to stay within

budget.

∙Compliance & Security: Ensure projects adhere to industry regulations, cybersecurity

standards, and best practices.

∙Performance Tracking & Reporting: Provide regular updates to the CTO and other

stakeholders on project progress.

Qualifications & Skills

∙Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

∙5-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in onshore industries.

∙Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

∙Proficiency in project management tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.

∙Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages may be beneficial).
