About the Role: As a Project Inspector/ QA, you will be responsible for managing small to medium construction projects for clients, with direct accountability for project delivery. This job is part of the Construction Management function. They are responsible for ensuring all deliverables of construction projects are completed on time.

This role is required to work Monday-Friday 10:00PM- 2:00AM to oversee installation at the client site.

This role also is based in Seattle, WA for the next few months and then open to other locations around the country. Ideal candidate would move to different cities for a few months at a time.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct periodic site visits to monitor the progress of construction. Review the status of work completed during the period covered and confirm work is aligned with the approved drawings and specifications.
  • Comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders including contractors and other site personnel.
  • Review of all documentation submitted by Developers. This includes contractors' direct cost payment requisitions, budget status, subcontracts, etc.
  • Make relevant comments on the terms of construction agreements. This includes subcontracts, architectural, engineering design, and building loan agreements. Ensure the Contractor and Architect's qualification statements are up to date.
  • Oversee construction and disbursement schedules. This includes zoning approvals, certified surveys, building permits etc.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience as a construction inspector (or similar)
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in large complex projects.
  • Minimum 3 years of on-site experience.
  • Good understanding of reporting requirements and experience in providing management reports.

CBRE | Turner & Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $90,000.00 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $130,000.00 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
