About the Role A site security company is looking for a Project Intake Representative to own the client onboarding experience from start to finish. You'll scope out security needs, manage documentation, and serve as the go-to contact for new and existing clients. This role also carries real operational weight — you'll be building the site-specific policies that keep each client's security operation running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Project Onboarding

• Communicate with new clients to kick off the onboarding process
• Collect and organize all required documentation and agreements
• Determine the number and placement of cameras needed for each site

Site Coordination

• Make occasional visits to job sites to oversee setup and installation
• Ensure each project is properly configured before handoff

Policy Development

• Create site-specific operating procedures for each client, including coverage schedules, escalation contacts, and protocols for incidents or breaches

Customer Service

• Act as the primary point of contact when client issues arise
• Maintain clear, professional communication throughout the customer relationship

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable making occasional job site visits in the Brooklyn area
