    Responsibilities

    The Sponsor is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to perform the role of Project Integrator. The selected Project Integrator should be flexible and prepared to provide cross-functional support. The primary focus will be to support the Front Office Senior Executive Officers and work closely with Program Managers and various support team members. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

    • Oversee and manage calendars for Front Office Executive Leadership to streamline coordination, and provide deconfliction, when appropriate.
    • Assist leadership in managing and tracking emails and coordinate office responses to TaskIt requests.
    • Maintain accurate records in a centralized repository, ensuring compliance with organizational documentation standards and facilitating easy retrieval for review.
    • Manage and monitor the check-in/check-out process for all personnel within the organization including EARRS requests, badge access, and vault access.
    • Manage and maintain phone lists, phone cards, email groups, and system access.
    • Support the Front Office by serving as the vault custodian.
    • Attend meetings with members of the Front Office to take notes and provide meeting minutes.
    • Perform various administrative tasks such as ordering office supplies, initiating work orders, and planning events.

    Qualifications

    • Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
    • Bachelor's degree in related field.
    • BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7
    • Three years of Customer experience.
    • Core customer-required work hours are Monday through Friday, with personnel required to work until at least 4:00 p.m. daily, with flexibility to work later, when required.
    • Demonstrated experience with C-suite level and/or Executive-level support.
    • Excellent judgment, strong written and oral communication skills and demonstrated ability to prepare executive-level correspondence.
    • Outstanding organizational and planning skills with the ability to synthesize large quantities of disparate information.
    • Strong time management skills with the demonstrated ability to keep complex organizations or initiatives on schedule to meet deadlines.
    • Self-starter and team player with a "can-do" attitude and solid project management skills (e.g. planning, tracking, and reporting).
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks of competing priorities.
    • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
    • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills which can be applied to processes.

    Desired Qualifications

    • Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
    • Ability to apply critical thinking to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
    • Prior experience with the Customer's domain to include enterprise IT and/or mission support.
    • Familiarity and experience with customer access management, travel, and action-planning tools.

    Equal Pay Act

    This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. Min: $121,946.80 Max: $212,041.83
