Job Details:

• Pay Rate: 19/hr

• Shift: Full-time, 1st shift (Monday–Friday, 7am-3:30pm)

• Location: Kennesaw, GA 

• Pick products from warehouse inventory based on order sheets or electronic scanning systems

• Pack items securely and efficiently to ensure safe shipment

• Verify product accuracy, quantities, and order details before packaging

• Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipping carriers

• Maintain organization of inventory and ensure stock is stored in designated locations

• Restock picking and packing stations with necessary materials and supplies

• Assist with cycle counts and inventory checks as needed

• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and quality control standards

• Keep work area clean, organized, and free of hazards

• Communicate any order discrepancies, damages, or shortages to supervisors promptly

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily shipping goals

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or packing experience is a plus but not required

• Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs. and stand for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented with a strong work ethic
