Seeking an experienced Project Lead to support AI, automation, modernization, and process improvement initiatives within a large enterprise environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and executing projects while collaborating across multiple business divisions and stakeholder groups.

The ideal candidate will possess strong project leadership skills, PMP certification, experience leading cross-functional initiatives, and exposure to AI, automation, or modernization programs. This role requires the ability to manage project activities, facilitate stakeholder communication, track risks and dependencies, and drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

• Coordinate project activities across multiple departments and stakeholder groups.

• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and leadership updates.

• Gather business requirements and support business analysis activities.

• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on time.

• Track action items, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.

• Support AI, automation, and modernization initiatives.

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Develop executive-level reports, dashboards, and project status updates.

• Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and decision logs.

• Coordinate communication between leadership, business units, vendors, and project teams.

• Promote project governance, accountability, and standardized project management practices.

• Assist with quality assurance, compliance activities, and project controls.
