About the Team
The Office of the CEO sits at the center of Druva''s strategic and operational priorities, partnering closely with the CEO and executive team to drive company-wide initiatives from concept to execution. The team operates as a small, high-trust group that moves fluidly across strategy, operations, and special projects, often stepping in wherever the business needs the most leverage.
Role Purpose & Impact
The Project Lead, Strategic Planning and Operations, will own a critical portion of the rhythm of the business across three major categories: Business Planning, Strategic Operations, and Strategy. This role operates with significant autonomy, sets the approach for high-stakes cross-functional initiatives, and is trusted to represent the Office of the CEO directly with senior stakeholders. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role reporting into the Office of the CEO, with the latitude to shape how the company plans, decides, and executes at the highest level.

What We Offer
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $112,000 and $157,333/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, and equity. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits program, including health and wellness benefits, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
