Organizational Change Management (OCM) Administrator

Job Overview

As the OCM Administrator, you will support FDOT's Office of Information Technology by coordinating, delivering, and adopting IT-focused work efforts. You will drive change engagement, readiness, and adoption strategies, working closely with IT project managers, solution architects, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead OCM workstreams for IT projects, ensuring integration with other workstreams.
  • Coordinate and monitor OCM tasks, activities, and assignments.
  • Develop and review OCM project materials and deliverables.
  • Ensure all OCM deliverables meet acceptance criteria and project expectations.
  • Track key project milestones and support OCM activities across various IT project types.
  • Collaborate to develop stakeholder engagement, communication, and training plans.
  • Maintain IT-specific OCM artifacts to support end-user adoption.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of business/industry experience, with 1 to 3 years in project or program leadership/management and/or change management.
  • Knowledge of Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) principles.
  • Effective communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Preferences

  • Experience in IT project types such as enterprise system implementations, cloud migrations, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
  • Skills in strategic planning, program development, and project management.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
