Job Overview

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3 to 5 years of business/industry work experience.
• 1 to 3 years of project or program leadership/management and/or change management experience.
• Knowledge of Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) principles.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferences

• Experience in IT project types such as enterprise system implementations, cloud migrations, and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Knowledge of industry concepts, practices relating to adult learning and instructional theories.
• Experience in developing stakeholder engagement, communication, and training plans.
