ASRC Federal Facilities Logistics, LLC, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, is seeking a Project Management Administrator to support our Prime NASA program at Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, MD.
AFFL is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Management Administrator to support our project teams and leadership. This role will bridge the gap between high-level project strategy and day-to-day execution. Responsible for streamlining workflows, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Meeting & Event Administration: Schedule and coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and track action items to ensure team accountability.
- Documentation & Reporting: Draft, update, and maintain project documentation, including risk registers, issue logs, and project status reports for stakeholders.
- Budget & Expense Tracking: Assist in budget monitoring by processing purchase orders, reviewing vendor quotes, tracking invoices, and predicting future project costs.
- Resource Coordination: Assist in the onboarding of new team members, order necessary equipment/resources, maintain vendor or contractor contact lists, and processing badging requests.
- Project Tracking & Quality Control: Monitor project timelines and milestones, follow up with cross-functional teams on deliverables, and ensure compliance with company or industry standards.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in current administrative processes and propose technological or workflow solutions to improve overall efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience in administrative support, project coordination, or a related project support role.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and virtual meeting platforms (MS Teams).
