Seeking a Project Management Analyst with prompt, predictable and reliable work attendance. Must have the ability to work well with others throughout the company, as well as outside of the company. Must be willing to coach and mentor to develop capability within the program. The successful candidate should have an extensive background in project/program management, and data analysis utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS Excel. This position requires self-starter with strong attention to detail. Must have the ability to lead internal and external meetings with program team, customers, stakeholders and support organizations.
Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
Preferred Qualifications: Project Management Analyst 4- Must have a strong ability to communicate to all levels of leadership. Must possess the necessary verbal and written communication skills to successfully interface with various organizations throughout the company (and various job levels within those organizations).
- The candidate should have a demonstrated ability to build teams with internal/external customers and within their own organization.
- Experience or familiarity with EVM-based cost analysis, labor resource management, operational schedules, and managing operational objectives and tasks. Analyze budget, manning and project plans, provide regular briefings to management on business performance, risks and recommend solutions.
- Program Office experience preferred.
- Have an active security clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
- Six-Sigma certification a plus.
- PMP certification a plus.
Basic Qualifications: Project Management Analyst 4- Bachelors Degree and 10 years of experience. Masters Degree and 8 years of experience. 4 years of related exempt experience can be substituted for Bachelors degree. 8 years of non-related exempt experience can be substituted for Bachelors degree.
The anticipated salary range represents the estimated base pay for this role. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors, and may vary from the posted range
