Role Overview

The Project Management Analyst supports the planning, coordination, quality assurance, and timely submission of technology initiatives across shared services teams. The role requires project management and strong communication while coordinating with initiative leads, PMO, and technology leadership.

This position is 100% onsite, with primary office located on Sterling Parkway, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, quality assurance, and timely submission of technology initiatives across shared services teams.
• Manage weekly meeting materials, agendas, minutes, work plans, runway updates, deliverable and OWP templates, QA checklists, stakeholder communications, and work order submissions.
• Partner with initiative leads, PMO, and technology leadership to monitor milestones, address submission/date changes, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure deliverables remain on track for approval and submission.
• Support release management coordination in a part-time capacity, including sending routine communications and tracking releases.

Required Technical Skills

• Intermediate project management and strong communication capability.
• Intermediate planning, coordination, quality assurance, and timely submission of technology initiatives across shared services teams.
• Intermediate management of project materials, work plans, updates, templates, QA checklists, stakeholder communications, and work order submissions.
• Intermediate stakeholder coordination with initiative leads, PMO, and technology leadership.
• Intermediate release management coordination, routine communications, and release tracking in a part-time capacity.
