Job Title : Project Management Analyst
Location :New York, NY
Duration : 6 months + possible extension
Rate Range: $50- $56/hour on W2/ C2C (All inclusive)
Introduction
We are seeking a versatile professional who can support project management delivery while also contributing to data analysis and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of coordination, analytical thinking, and technical capability to drive efficient execution of projects and enable data-driven decision-making and process automation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong project management skills including planning, tracking, and execution of projects across lifecycle stages
- Experience in maintaining project plans, timelines, and RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies)
- Proficiency in data analysis to support project tracking, reporting, and decision-making
- Ability to generate insights from project and operational data to highlight risks, trends, and performance
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Excel (macros/VBA), Power Automate, and basic Python for automation solutions
- Experience in building and maintaining automation solutions to streamline workflows
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder coordination
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, tracking, and execution of projects across lifecycle stages
- Maintain project plans, timelines, RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies)
- Track deliverables, milestones, and ensure adherence to project schedules
- Prepare status reports, dashboards, and governance materials
- Support stakeholder communication and coordination across teams
- Perform data analysis to support project tracking, reporting, and decision-making
- Identify opportunities to automate project reporting and manual processes
