We're seeking a Project Management Intern in Chicago Metro to gain hands-on experience supporting mechanical construction projects in a fast-paced urban environment.

Responsibilities
Assist project managers with daily operations and reporting.
Help track submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
Attend coordination meetings and document action items.
Support material procurement and delivery coordination.
Visit job sites and observe installation practices.
Assist with quality control and safety documentation.
Learn industry-standard project management software.
Requirements
Must-Haves:
Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
Nice-to-Haves:
Previous internship or co-op experience in construction.
Familiarity with Bluebeam, Procore, or AutoCAD.
OSHA 10-hour certification.
Interest in commercial mechanical construction.
Compensation & Logistics
Competitive hourly wage with potential for full-time employment upon graduation. This internship is based in the Chicago Metro area and runs during summer months with flexible scheduling available.
