Project Management Office Analyst

Payrate: $44.00- $45.00/hr.
 
Responsibilities:

• Maintain core data on the projects in the program
• Collaborate with project teams on defining and maintaining deliverables and status reporting
• Manage financials ensuring projects stay within budget
• Hiring approvals, forecasting and then allocation to projects
• Facilitate fixed price contracts and set up the vendor management system
• Fixed Price and Time & Material renewals
• Maintain Team rosters
• Track License & software agreements – Initial procurement through renewals.
• Participating in budget process
• Ad-hoc Resource and financial analysis

 
Requirements:

• Self-motivated with ability to manage work independently
• Effectively interact with different areas of the organization to meet objectives
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Skilled in data analysis and Excel
• Experience with Clarity (Program Management application), Beeline (vendor management), and Oracle Purchasing a plus

 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $44.00 - $45.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
