  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues to the PMO Manager when appropriate.

Innovation & Portfolio Execution

  • Coordinate innovation and portfolio projects from concept through commercialization and post-launch review.
  • Develop and maintain integrated project timelines aligned to commercial launch windows and key business milestones.
  • Track project deliverables, dependencies, and action items across multiple functions.
  • Facilitate weekly project meetings and document decisions, action items, owners, and deadlines.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Procurement, Finance, and Operations.
  • Follow up on key deliverables including business cases, product briefs, launch readiness activities, and commercialization milestones.
  • Prepare executive-ready project status reports and leadership presentations.
  • Ensure stakeholders have clear visibility into project status, risks, priorities, and next steps.

Continuous Improvement

  • Support the development and enhancement of PMO templates, dashboards, reporting tools, and governance processes.
  • Recommend improvements that simplify project management and strengthen execution discipline.
  • Promote consistent project management best practices across the organization.
