Job Purpose: The Operations Project Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional projects spanning field service, installation services, implementation project management, installation engineering, facilities management, warehousing and logistics, and supply chain operations. This role ensures consistent, efficient, and high-quality execution of operational initiatives across distributed teams and locations. The position drives operational excellence through structured planning, proactive risk management, data driven decision making, and hands-on coordination of complex, multidomain projects and quality execution of operational initiatives across distributed teams and locations.

Essential Duties:

  • Leads end-to-end projects across field service, installation, implementation, logistics, facilities, and supply chain environments.
  • Defines project scope, timelines, resource plans, and success metrics in partnership with leadership and departmental stakeholders.
  • Drives alignment across Field Operations, Installation, Technical Support, Supply Chain, Logistics, Facilities, and vendor partners.
  • Manages field operations initiatives including service quality improvements, equipment deployment/recovery, maintenance programs, and technician readiness.
  • Leads operational improvement projects related to inventory management, distribution of workflows, procurement, and throughput optimization.
  • Utilizes standardized project management methodologies to manage timelines, dependencies, risks, communication plans, and executive reporting.
  • Influences cross functional teams by driving accountability, operational discipline, and structured execution without direct authority.
  • Supports pilot programs, operational readiness activities, process optimization efforts, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Travels up to 15% as needed to support field operations, site launches, and operational readiness activities.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate large, dispersed teams and execute complex projects.
  • Proven experience driving cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation and stabilization.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across distributed operations teams in dynamic environments.
  • Strong written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of experience in project management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in operations, Business, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience supporting technology deployment programs.
  • Experience working in correctional or secure facility environments.
  • PMP or formal project management certification.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to travel to field sites as required. Ability to stand, walk, sit, speak, and operate standard office and field equipment. May be required to lift up to 25 pounds.
