This position, ADP Project Management & Planning Operations Rep Stf, reports to the Skunk Works Sr. Manager of Program Integration and is responsible for tracking, reporting & driving ADP efforts including, but not limited to, On-Time Delivery, Program Reporting, Mission Success Events, Intellectual Property, Risk and Opportunities Management & Aero Command Media Support for every program and portfolio in the Skunk Works line of business. The successful candidate must have a solid knowledge base of the Aero Operating Model to understand and navigate Skunkworks' tiered org leadership construct, program and portfolio integration teams and functional support organizations and their relationship to our line of business. They will drive functional support to ensure our Skunk Works programs achieve 100% quality, 100% on time delivery and meet 100% long range plan commitments. The successful candidate should have proven program management experience and will act as an internal consultant to assist programs to operate efficiently and effectively, conducting program studies and evaluations while continually improving documentation and accountability measures. Finally, the successful candidate will have an enterprise perspective and will have the ability to develop/analyze/prioritize and direct support organizations to execute upon our programs. This position will also be responsible for working closely with assisting our leaders across multiple sites. *Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Selected candidate will be subject to a government background check to obtain a Secret Clearance.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher
• Experience with Microsoft Suite - Outlook calendars, Word, Excel, Power Point and Teams.
• Experience in multitasking
• Interfacing & Briefing all levels of leadership
• Risk management

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
