Description:

You will be the Project Management & Planning Opns Sr - Level 3 for the F-35 Electronic Warfare & Test Infrastructure Program Management team which is responsible for advancing EW capability development and establishing new labs and test infrastructure.

As the Project Management & Planning Opns Sr - Level 3 you will be responsible for overseeing operational aspects of multiple projects, ensuring schedule integrity, and driving performance metrics.

  • Develop and improve mechanisms and metrics for monitoring project progress.
  • Monitor status of projects, including schedule management and preparation of status reports.
  • Assess project issues and devise resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client‑satisfaction goals.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align resources and priorities.

Further Information About This Opportunity

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to be considered.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Project management experience
  • Experience conducting research and compiling executive summaries, analytical reports, or business documentation.
  • Experience identifying opportunities for process improvement and proactively implementing solutions that enhance efficiency, quality, or operational effectiveness.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Active Secret Clearance

  • Ability to work independently and proactively to identify areas of continuous improvement
  • Ability to influence positive outcomes through clear articulation of practical solutions using data

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
