Shift: 1st shift 7:00 am 3:30 pm

Job Description: Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards. Performs studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), risk assessments to determine impacts, and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives. Creates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plan regularly throughout lifecycle of program or project. Works to improve project management processes, business systems, and implement best practices that support project decision makers. Directs all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion. Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives. Assists customers to develop performance recovery plan and ensure all project control systems are in place to support ongoing support to stakeholders.

Required Experience:
o Excel skills including ability to generate metrics. (Microsoft Project not specifically required)
o Good communication skills including presentations/status to Executive leaders

Preferred Experience:
o Previous Client Experience in DCCS
o Advanced Excel skills creating macros to pull data from multiple sources.
o Experience with Microsoft Power BI a Plus.
