We are looking for qualified candidates with the same vision to succeed!LOGZONE is seeking a Project Management Support, Construction Management Support, and Quality Assurance and Project Oversight Support for a government contract in San Diego, CA.Responsibilities:Assist with work scheduling, production control, progress reviews, submittal reviews, and coordination activities of ongoing Minor and Major projectsProvide weekly status reports of ongoing Minor and Major projectsAttend meetings at the government's requestAssist with the monitoring, inspection, and documentation of ongoing Minor and Major projectsMonitor and inspect ongoing Minor and Major Projects to assure compliance with the contract requirements and all health and safety requirementsconduct daily inspections of active Minor and Major Infection Control Containmentsreview and inspect Minor and Major Projects to ensure that all project milestones and deliverables are in accordance with the contract requirementsassist the Government with obtaining base access for all project contractorsassist with the project turnover and closeout process for the collection of closeout documentation, keys, spare parts, operations and maintenance manuals, record drawings, equipment tag name plate data and field labeling, and adequate signageprovide weekly quality assurance and project oversight reports of ongoing Minor and Major ProjectsRequired site visitsRequirements: Bachelor's degree in a construction or engineering field OR8 years of construction or engineering experienceLOGZONE is an equal opportunity employer.
