Pay Rate Range: $40 - $46.57/hr. on W2 About the role:
We are hiring a temporary Product Marketing Manager to cover an active parental leave on the **** Express B2B Product Marketing team.
This is a hands-on execution role anchored to the Express Photos enterprise rollout, which is one of the largest MAU initiatives across the Express portfolio for FY26.
You will own a defined set of workstreams from day one, partner directly with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Field, and Legal, and keep momentum on programs that have direct quarterly MAU targets attached to them.
This is the right role for someone who can step into an in-flight initiative, get up to speed quickly on technical product context, and operate independently with light direction.
What you will own:
Day-to-day execution of the Express Photos Pilot for Enterprise, a high-touch, TSS-led program with FY26 Enterprise MAU targets
Workstream planning and tracking: ICP criteria, customer selection, milestones, learning agenda, and scale artifacts
Field enablement materials for CSMs, TSSs, and account teams, including FAQ updates, objection handling, and one-pagers
Cross-functional coordination across Express PM, Acrobat PM, Legal, Privacy, Data Science, and Engineering on rollout readiness
Product copy support across enterprise touchpoints (Admin Console, onboarding flows, in-product modals, desktop notifications, email)
Pilot reporting and readouts to senior leadership, including weekly status, learnings, and recommended next steps
Backup support on B2B MAU and CMA executive commentary as needed
Required qualifications:
5+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
Demonstrated ownership of GTM or pilot programs end to end, including planning, execution, and reporting
Comfort working with technical product details (installer mechanics, entitlements, admin controls) and translating them for non-technical audiences
Strong written communication, including the ability to draft enterprise-grade product copy, field communications, and executive updates
Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and CSM teams
Data fluency: ability to read MAU and activation dashboards, identify trends, and frame insights for leadership
Ability to operate with minimal ramp time and prioritize independently
Preferred qualifications:
Prior experience marketing to IT administrators or enterprise buyers
Familiarity with **** products, particularly **** Express, Acrobat, or Creative Cloud
Experience with TSS-led or high-touch customer pilot programs
Background in MAU growth, activation, or product-led growth motions
