Commercial Manager
Well-established, growth-oriented commercial General Contractor with a strong Texas presence. Known for repeat clients, long-term leadership, and a safety-first culture. Lead project planning, execution, and close-out to meet budget, schedule, and quality expectations. Manage and support Project Superintendents throughout construction and close-out. Develop and maintain master project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Oversee contract administration, including purchase orders, change orders, submittals, RFIs, and close-out documentation. Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, authorities having jurisdiction, subcontractors, and vendors. Conduct weekly owner-architect-contractor meetings and internal financial and schedule reviews. Collaborate with estimating teams during preconstruction, bidding, and buy-out phases. Proactively visit jobsites to monitor progress, safety, quality, and coordination.

5+ years of Project Manager experience with a commercial General Contractor. Proven success delivering profitable, ground-up commercial construction projects. Experience in restaurant, retail, and fuel station construction strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of construction documents, means and methods, and trade coordination. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction accounting and project management software (SAGE experience preferred). Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple schedules and budgets simultaneously. Willingness to travel to active project sites on occasion; overnight travel may be required.
