Lead a Landmark $45M+ New England Project
Founded more than 35 years ago, our client is a leading construction manager and general contractor with over $100M in annual revenue and approximately 90 employees. They specialize in healthcare, education, hospitality, commercial, and institutional construction projects throughout New England and are known for their collaborative culture, strong preconstruction expertise, and exceptional client retention.
Job Description
- Manage projects from preconstruction through final closeout
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and financial forecasting
- Lead communication with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors
- Coordinate procurement activities and subcontractor buyout processes
- Track project performance and mitigate risks throughout construction
- Collaborate closely with field teams to maintain quality and schedule objectives
- Manage project documentation utilizing Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
- Ensure client expectations are met while maintaining profitability goals

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
- 5-10 years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
- Experience managing projects valued at $25M+
- Background in healthcare, education, senior living, multifamily, hospitality, country clubs, or similarly complex projects
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and project controls
- Experience leading high-end or highly customized construction projects
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
