Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation requires the services of one (1) Project Manager 3, hereafter referred to as Candidate(s), who meets the general qualifications of Project Manager 3, Project Management and the specifications outlined in this document for the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
All work products resulting from the project shall be considered "works made for hire" and are the property of the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation and may include pre-selection requirements that potential Vendors (and their Candidates) submit to and satisfy criminal background checks as authorized by Texas law. Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation will pay no fees for interviews or discussions, which occur during the process of selecting a Candidate(s).
The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) requires the services of one (1) Project Manager 3 meeting the general qualifications of a Project Manager 3 Category Type, Core Technology and the specifications outlined in this solicitation.
Candidate will work as the Deputy Project Manager for the Legacy Systems Replacement Project (LSRP). Candidate will work closely with the LSRP Project Manager and the Manager of the Project Management Office (PMO) to perform complex to advanced project and contract management work.
This includes leading and coordinating cross-functional workstreams across the entire project lifecycle—from facilitating requirements-gathering sessions, through managing system integrations and data migration, to overseeing comprehensive testing cycles and software rollout. Additionally, the candidate will drive the development of project reports and executive dashboards to ensure transparency, while assisting with contractor deliverables and change requests, invoicing, budget tracking, and maintenance and operations (M&O).
