Project Manager - $30M+ Commercial ProjectsThe Project Manager - $30M+ Commercial Projects will:Manage commercial construction projects from kickoff through completion.Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communications.Lead ground-up and renovation projects across a variety of commercial sectors.Coordinate design-build project delivery and drive successful project execution.Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and schedule performance.Collaborate directly with company leadership on key project initiatives.Utilize Procore and other project management tools to maintain project documentation and reporting.Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
