They work on projects ranging from $10M to $70M in markets including multifamily, public, historic preservation, and more. The company boasts an excellent company culture and employee retention.
Job Description
The Project Manager - $40M Multifamily Build - will:
- Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion.
- Develop and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful execution.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and management.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks during the construction process.
- Foster strong working relationships with all project stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager - $40M Multifamily Build should have:
- 5-10+ years of project management experience (running work start to finish).
- Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Experience with construction projects in the property industry.
- Must have woodframe multifamily project experience.
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in construction.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
